Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items include personal care products, used items, and items damaged due to misuse.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
